Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, no refunds will be issued. Any person requesting a refund up to 2 weeks prior to program start date will receive a credit towards future JSS programs minus a $45 administration fee. There will be NO credits or refunds issued beyond this point. This policy is inclusive of all injuries that may occur prior or during the program. However, if a doctor’s note can be provided, program directors can issue a credit on a case by case basis. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED DUE TO WEATHER RELATED POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATIONS!
