WHAT IS LAXFIT?

This program will be split into 2 segments:

(1) SPEED, AGILITY and STRENGTH Conditioning: 

This portion of the program is designed for the lacrosse player that wants to maximize their athletic potential. Using the most recent strength and conditioning methods, we will work with you to increase your acceleration speed, max speed and improve agility skills to elevate your gameplay. The ability to move well is integral in the sport of lacrosse and here is where you can learn how to do it all faster. Plus you'll learn to track and maintain your lacrosse fitness as well as how to move and exercise in order to prevent serious injury. 

This segment is run by Val Barnaby, an NSCA certified trainer who has extensive knowledge and training in not only speed and agility but also in how these components specifically apply to your game.

(2) Intensive Stick Skills 

This portion of the program will focus on high repetition  WALL BALL training, individual stick skill tricks, partner passing, and intensive passing drills

This segment of the class will be run by Chris Raichle
